Kelly Kowal

Kelly Kowal, Digital Marketing Director at farfetch.com, has a strong background in internet marketing and ecommerce, with her experience spanning over 12 years. She joined farfetch.com in Nov 2010 to build and run all digital marketing initiatives including customer acquisition, customer retention and customer engagement . Within her role, she is also leading the International Growth and development strategy overseeing international expansion and localization. Previously to her role at farfetch, Kowal was the Director of Marketing and Editorial at Cocosa where she focused on new member acquisition and brand awareness through a combination of digital and offline marketing approaches. As part of her role, customer management and engagement were also a key focus with social media playing a big role in maintaining and building customer relationships. She also oversaw all website management including the design and tone of the website and user journey.
