Sarah Harris is an Email Marketing and CRM professional. Sarah develops email strategies for a number of brands at multi-channel retailer JD Williams; underpinning customer segmentation strategies as well as accelerating new developments within email. Sarah completed her digital CIM qualification last year and recently presented her work on email engagement at this year’s Oracle Customer Forum. A keen yogi, Sarah balances work life with yoga practice in her spare time and enjoys perfecting new skills.
